Almost 27 years later, I developed a team using conveyancers, support staff and in-house courier. I developed a system that works very well to help small, medium, and large-sized law offices and notaries in their conveyance practice.

When we talk to your clients ...
we represent your law firm.
We contact and obtain information directly from your clients, banks, strata, law firms etc. We do not limit ourselves to regular business hours. Our clients (lawyers & notaries) regularily phone and email us at all hours for inquiries and seeking knowledge on conveyance practices.
File is opened with your law firm. We prepare your file and have it delivered to you ready for your client to sign.
Upon signing your staff writes cheques as per instructions.
We follow up with law firms, banks, insurance, strata etc. including initial and final reportings, and balance your trust account prior to closing file. All material documents remain in your possession.
